My name is Chris and in early 2005 I purchased the TriLogics software package and this is my story on purchasing the software and all of my dealing with
TriLogics to date.
I am a very cautious person by nature and having been in business most of my life I wanted to do my research properly before making a life changing decision, as there are so many fly-by night companies out there promising you huge profits etc in the horse racing industry, they take your money, promise you the world and shut up shop 9 months later only to start up again under another name doing it all over again. So before my first contact with
TriLogics I watched this company from a distance for about 18 months to see what they would do and if they would still be around, well they were still there and my research on them had shown me they had been there for about 6 or so years already so I rang them to have a chat.
I was extremely surprised with my first contact with
TriLogics and one of their sales staff, a lovely gentleman called Warren, talk about a total LACK of hard sell or pushiness from him as I was expecting the exact opposite , it was a pleasure to talk to Warren about the system. I had a very long chat and a huge list of questions and every question I asked was answered honestly by Warren and as promised a few days after my initial contact an information pack arrived for me. After digesting the information pack I received a phone call about a week later from Warren and again I asked many more questions and he was extremely patient and answered all questions honestly to me. I asked Warren for some names of people I could contact and speak to about the program and he was more than willing to oblige me with contact names and numbers. I then asked if he would supply me with the names of all the company directors (me being cautious and testing them as well and wanting to do some more research) and again he was more than happy to oblige me and provide me with the required information I wanted. Talk about being impressed by this attitude and alleviating any fears or concerns I had that they were like so many of the other companies out there selling these sorts of programs and then vanish into the night with your money.
I then proceeded to contact several of the names I had been given and chat to them at length, all of them were friendly and only to willing to tell me the ups and downs and ins and outs of this system and be totally honest about it. I then made arrangements to travel from my home on the coast to Sydney to sit in with one of their clients and demo agents for a live session, I was very impressed in what I saw live and just how easy it was to use and the sheer amount of information available on the screen to make an informed decision. I left the live demo session feeling very positive by then that this was for me.
I then made the decision to purchase the program (best thing I have ever done). After my purchase I was contacted by
TriLogics and my training schedule was arranged. My trainer rang me promptly at the time arranged to start my training. Again I was very impressed by the professionalism of their staff and the amount of time they are willing to spend with you to teach you and show you how to use this fantastic program. I completed my full training over a months time frame, I listened to my trainers, I learnt all that I could from them about the program and the system and when I went live for the first time I was very confident that it would work for me and IT DID and I haven’t looked back.
I do this full time now (5-6 half days a week) as my only source of income and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to purchase the program and leave the 50+ hours a week I was working behind me and work from home doing this.
In the 2 years of owning the program and dealing with all the staff at
TriLogics I don’t have a single bad word to say about them, their total commitment to customer service, customer satisfaction and their total commitment to training and US the customers is to be commended. I get lifetime free upgrades of program as they become available from their extensive testing and constant refining the software and system and if needed lifetime FREE re-training. I can also pick up the phone any time and talk to any of the staff at
TriLogics from the management down if I need to and I find this attitude and commitment from
TriLogics to the customers in this day and age very refreshing.
In saying all of the above there are some VERY simple rules I believe you need to follow to be successful with this program in my opinion
1) DON’T be a gambler
2) Do the full training offered and keep on training until you are confident to go live
3) IF required don’t be afraid to ask for more training from them, they don’t bite and are more than happy to re-train you as often as you require
4) FOLLOW the very simple rules of this system, it works
5) Treat this as a business if you want to make a good living and to make it work
6) Never chase your losses (again follow the RULES here), yes you will have a bad day from time to time, its no different to any business but it always turns around and you simply need to look at what you make on a monthly basis not a daily basis. (like any business)
7) ABOVE ALL ELSE Don’t think of this as a GET RICH over night scheme as it ISN’T and the staff will NOT tell you that it is and that you will get rich over night, what the program will provide you with is a very easy to make and an excellent income through-out the year and the figures on their web site are achievable doing about 30 hours a week following their system, rules and training and above all else working from home.
In closing I have no hesitation what so ever recommending
TriLogics and their software to any one. They are one of the most customer focused and professional companies I have ever dealt with and I expect them to still be around in 20+ years time doing bigger and better things with their software and us the customers profiting from it.
